Participant Role

As a participant, you will receive dial-in instructions in the receipt email from the CHA Service Center that you receive just after completing registration. The link is to a calendar appointment that includes the access instructions for the live event. In the week prior to the webinar, CHA will send an email reminder to all registrants that will include the access information as well as any materials being made available prior to the online event. This email will also come to you from "CHA Service Center. Be sure to have the access instructions and any materials ready the day of the webinar so that you can easily access the event and utilize the materials.
