2020 CHA Mission Leader Competencies: A Changing Model for an Evolving Role

Nov. 5, 2020
1:30 to 3 p.m. ET

This webinar, a must-attend event for mission leaders, talent management and human resource professionals, will introduce the 2020 Mission Leader Competency Model and debut related tools and resources.

CHA has chronicled the mission leader role since its inception — examining the evolving core competencies needed for success in this career in 1999, 2009 and 2019. The 2020 Mission Leader Competency Model represents a significant next step in the evolution of the role. While they still focus on the unique contribution mission leaders bring to the senior leadership team and the ministry they serve, they are tiered to show levels of expertise in each competency.

This is the first of two events focused on the 2020 competencies.

While this webinar is the introduction to the competencies, mission leaders will also want to register for the 2020 Mission Leader Seminar, where the lived experience of a mission leader in each competency will be fleshed out in light of the signs of the times.

Please register today for this webinar and for the Mission Leader Seminar. They are sure to be engaging and inspirational.

For additional information, please contact Dennis Gonzales, Ph.D., CHA senior director of mission innovation and integration.
