Program/Site Accommodations
CHA's 2020 Theology and Ethics Colloquium will be held at the Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta Hotel, 212-232 North Kingshighway Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the special group rate of $165 for a guest room which includes Wi-Fi. To reserve your room at the special group rate, call (314) 633-3000 and identify yourself as a CHA Colloquium attendee.
Your reservation must be made by Feb. 26, 2020, to receive the discounted rate. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is before noon. Cancellation of individual room reservations must be made 72 hours (three business days) prior to your scheduled day of arrival to avoid being charged for the first night stay.
Room reservations need to be made separately through the Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta Hotel. Registering for the program does not guarantee room availability.

Airport Transportation
- MetroLink light rail from the airport to the Central West End stop is $4 one way. Rates are subject to change. The lengthy walk from the MetroLink to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes, and there is uneven pavement in some places.Taxi fare from St. Louis Lambert International Airport is approximately $38 each way — please allow 30 to 35 minutes.

For travel arrangements, please call CHA's travel provider, American Express, at (314) 253-3442, or email your request and identify yourself as a CHA Theology and Ethics Colloquium attendee. Registrants who purchase restrictive airfares are responsible for all penalties.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center, (800) 230-7823. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration no later than one week prior to start of the program — March 4. There is no charge for sending a substitute.
Notices
During the meeting, you may be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractor. By your attendance or participation at the meeting, you agree that CHA may photograph, copy, record and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any meeting session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA may photograph, audiotape or videotape any portion of the meeting without prior written permission of CHA.
The right to change speakers or to modify program content is reserved by CHA.
