The VP of Mission Integration provides leadership to ensure the missions and values of The Catholic Health Services and associated facilities are integrated into the core of the organization. Works collaboratively with leaders of the multiple service lines within Catholic Health Services to ensure support of the mission integration.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree preferred in Theology, Pastoral Ministry or related field.
3-5 years' experience in senior or corporate management in a Catholic Healthcare organization.
Board Certified Chaplain
Develops mission integration strategies and programs to maintain and enhance core Catholic values.
Leads initiatives on continuous learning to strengthen Catholic Healthcare Ministry.
Collaborates with diverse leadership group to imbed system-wide mission focus supporting a wide range of operational activities.
Well versed on ethics training, utilizes expertise in a consultative role for workforce understanding.
Participates in Community Benefit Reporting.
Fosters improvements through numerous project planning and execution.
Other duties as assigned.
