As a member of the Mission Integration Department, the System Director of Mission Integration is responsible for fostering a culture across CHRISTUS Health that is rooted in the healing Ministry of Jesus Christ.  The Director works in partnership with system office Associates and local ministry Mission Integration Leaders to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives that integrate our Mission, Vision, Values, and Catholic Identity into all aspects of the organization. 

Reports to: SVP Chief Mission Integration Officer  

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Theology, Spirituality, Social Work, Healthcare or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Catholic Healthcare ministry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and managing short and long-term projects.
  • Proven experience as a presenter and facilitator for diverse audiences.
  • A self-starter with the ability to create programs that address unique needs of the organization.
  • Previous experience in acute care healthcare facility
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as a collaborator and/or facilitator.
  • Previous Mission Integration experience in Catholic Healthcare.
  • Spanish bilingual/bicultural abilities
