Since the deadline for the discounted rate has passed, decisions regarding room rate and availability are made by the hotel.

Registration for the assembly does not guarantee sleep room availability. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee. Cancellation of sleep room reservations must be made 72 hours (three business days) prior to anticipated arrival to avoid being charged for the first night's stay.
