  • Attendee list.
  • Important alerts.
  • A list of our valued Friends of the Assembly who have generously supported the 2016 Assembly.
  • Exhibitor listing, exhibit hall map and ability to flag your favorites.
  • Speaker listing.
  • Note taking.
  • Access to CHA social media.
  • Hotel Information.
  • City Guide with local area resources such as, dining, entertainment and transportation services.

Downloading the app is easy and FREE!

STEP 1 - Download the App

Search your app store for "Catholic health association" and download the "Catholic Health Association" app for free. You can also find a desktop version of the app at http://2016cha.eventpedia.us/. When you get to the desktop "app page" select the 2016 Assembly event.

STEP 2 - Download the "Event"

Once you download the app, click the red "Download Events" button at the bottom of the screen and select the 2016 Assembly "event." NOTE: A login will be required for the assembly attendee listing, which will be made available for 2016 Assembly registrants only. Information will be provided in your confirmation email.

STEP 3 - Connect with colleagues

The mobile app allows you to see who else is attending the Assembly and send them private messages right through the app. Enter your email address and the passcode 2016assembly when prompted on the "Attendees" and "Message Center" tabs. From there you can find colleagues and send them messages from within the app!

Using the "Chat" feature to connect with other participants
(see the screen shots below)

How do I participate in the “Chat” feature?
Click the comment bubble icon in the upper right corner of the app screen. Once on the “Chat” page, switch the button in the upper right corner to “on.” This will make your profile available to other attendees to send you messages through the app. Note that this feature is optional.

How do I contact others through the app?
Find an individual on the Attendees tab. There are four icons on their attendee screen. If they have opted in to receive messages, click the third icon that looks like a comment bubble with three lines. Note that if the person did not opt-in to receive messages the icon will not appear. After clicking the comment bubble icon, you can type a message at the bottom like a text message and click send.

Where do I find my messages?
If you have received a message, you will see a prompt on the upper right corner message bubble icon. Click that OR the “message center” tab to view and respond to messages.
