There will be time to discuss topics including the sponsor-governance relationship, mission leader-sponsor relationship, identifying and forming sponsor members and essential sponsor duties. This forum is designed for sponsor members and board members seeking to clarify their roles and enhance their relationship. CEOs and senior mission leaders will also benefit from the discussions concerning the sponsor relationships and the evolving role of sponsor.
