Through Catholic Health Association surveys, mission leaders have indicated the competency they desire to grow in most is the area of strategic thinking. Closely related is the ability to lead transformational change while navigating mission-related and ethical issues. The purpose of the 2018 Mission Leader Seminar is to explore and grow in the skills required to be a strategic thinker. We will consider both future issues that will impact Catholic health care over the next five to 10 years, as well as how the role of mission integration must be strategic to remain relevant.

"Mission leaders bring strategic direction, thinking and guidance as well as a collaborative spirit to the organization to ensure that it is faithful to its purpose, identity and values."

Who Should Attend:

Mission leaders often have sole responsibility for a facility or region with little day-to-day networking with their peers. This seminar, held the Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning preceding the assembly, brings together all mission leaders – system, regional and facility levels from across the continuum of care – to gain and share timely insights into the topics, trends, issues and opportunities of mission integration in health ministry. You won't want to miss this opportunity to get inspired, access new tools and network.
