LEADING THE WAY TO HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES
Sunday, June 11, 2017
Hilton New Orleans Riverside
8:00 a.m. to Noon
Registration opens and breakfast available at 7:30 a.m.
This annual meeting will explore ways Catholic health care organizations are carrying out their mission to improve community health — through innovative and evidence-based programs, advocacy, and community leadership — and the need for community benefit and population health management to work together to ensure successful outcomes. Held the morning the 2017 Catholic Health Assembly opens, it will include breakfast, sessions and a lunch — all prior to the start of the assembly.
This program is open to persons who attend the assembly as well as those who come in just for this half-day opportunity.
CHA provides all participants with a Certificate of Attendance indicating program contact hours upon completion of the event. Participants may submit the certificates to relevant organizations.
Executives: American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) members may self-report using the contact hours information provided on their CHA Certificate of Attendance. To self-report, log in as a member on the ACHE site (www.ache.org); use the link on the left-hand side to self-report applicable contact hours for CEU credit.
NACC Board Certified Chaplains: National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) board certified chaplain members may self-report their continuing education hours (CEH's) using the contact hours information provided on their CHA Certificate of Attendance.
