On June 27, 2012, the Internal Revenue Service issued the 2012 IRS Annual Group Ruling to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). This Ruling renews the exemption from federal taxes for CHA members listed in the 2012 edition of the Official Catholic Directory (OCD).
