Accommodations
CHA does not book a block of guest rooms for this half-day event. LCWR members must make their hotel reservations directly through LCWR.  LCWR members should contact LCWR if they have any questions.

If you are not a member of LCWR and want to arrange for hotel accommodations, please contact Adele Gianino, CHA director of meetings and travel, by email or at (314) 253-3443.

Cancellation
Contact the CHA Service Center if you need to cancel your registration. Since there is no fee for the program and lunch, we ask you to help us conserve resources by cancelling 72 hours prior to the program if you are unable to attend. CHA reserves the right to decline registrations.

Notice
During the meeting, you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractor(s). By your attendance or participation at the meeting, you agree that CHA may photograph, copy, record and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any meeting session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA or its designated contractor may photograph, audiotape or videotape any portion of the meeting without prior written permission of CHA.
