Presidents/CEOs

Bon Secours Health System, Marriottsville, Md., has made the following changes: Valinda Rutledge to a senior vice president focusing on physician alignment strategies for the system in addition to her current position as chief executive, Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville, S.C., and Peter Bernard to a senior vice president focusing on operational efficiencies for the system in addition to his current position as chief executive, Bon Secours Richmond Health System, Richmond, Va.

Catholic Healthcare West, San Francisco, has made the following changes: Anna Cheung to interim president, St. Mary's Medical Center, San Francisco, in addition to her current position as chief operating officer, Mercy General Hospital, Sacramento, Calif., and Ken Steele to vice president of managed care for the parent organization from president of St. Mary's Medical Center.

Sr. Norita Cooney, RSM, to president, Sisters of Mercy West Midwest Community, Omaha, Neb., from vice president, Omaha Regional Community. The newly formed West Midwest Community begins operation July 1.

Ted Fox to president and chief executive, St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton, Ore., from president and chief executive, Saint Louise Regional Hospital, Gilroy, Calif.

Dr. Ralph de la Torre to president and chief executive, Caritas Christi Health Care, Brighton, Mass., from founder, president and chief executive, Cardiovascular Institute and Cardiovascular Management Associates, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston.

Dr. Spencer B. King, III, to executive director of academic affairs and interim president, Heart and Vascular Institute, Saint Joseph's Hospital, Atlanta, from chair, interventional cardiology, Fuqua Heart Center, Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta.

Thomas Urban to president and chief executive, Mercy Hospital of Fairfield, Ohio, from president and chief executive, Mercy Health Partners Southwest Region, Cincinnati.

Administrative Changes

Jeanne Bowman to administrator, Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana, Ohio.

Samuel E. Moskowitz to executive vice president and chief operating officer, Mercy Health Services, Baltimore.
