2012 Memorial List

Each year at the Catholic Health Assembly, we remember deceased individuals who have served in the Catholic health ministry. At the 2012 assembly — being held in Philadelphia, June 3-5 — we will recognize those who died after Jan. 1, 2011.

In order for those persons to be included in our memorial listing, please provide us with the following:

• The name of the deceased.
• The religious community initials, if the deceased was a man or woman religious.
• The name and location of the health ministry organization(s) and/or religious congregation.

Note: The memorial listing is for anyone who served in the Catholic health ministry. It is not exclusive to men and women religious.

For names to be included in the 2012 assembly material, please submit the requested information by May 7. Submissions received after this date will be included in the memorial list for the 2013 assembly. Please contact Susan Lang with questions at (314) 253-3434.
