
Lynette M. Ballard, is senior director of learning integration for the Catholic Health Association of the United States (CHA) and is based in the St. Louis office. She collaborates with content leaders and provides resources and guidance to construct learning experiences to address
member needs. As a member of the mission services department, she coordinates program prayers and liturgies. Prior to joining CHA she was director of mission and formation at the Sisters of Mercy
Health System, St. Louis. Previously, Ms. Ballard served at Mercy as director of mission/training and development, and was director of mission integration for St. John's Mercy Health System, St. Louis. Her service to Catholic health care extends over 30 years and includes experience in materials
management, human resources, training, volunteer/auxiliary administration and leadership development. She served as national president of the American Society of Directors of Volunteer Services of the American Hospital Association. Ms. Ballard holds a bachelor of arts and a master of arts in English literature from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a master of
arts in health care mission integration from Aquinas Institute of Theology, St. Louis.
