OVERVIEW
Trustees of Catholic health care ministry must ensure fidelity to the mission of the organization as a ministry of the Catholic Church in addition to exercising their fiduciary responsibilities - challenging work in today's changing and complex environment. This CHA program provides fundamental sessions on governance through the prism of Catholic identity. The curriculum will be helpful to experienced and new board members at the system and local levels, new sponsors and executives charged with board formation.
