    ENHANCED LISTING ON ASSEMBLY MOBILE APP
    (+$50 per exhibiting company*)

    This year's conference will feature a mobile app that puts assembly details in the palms of attendees' hands! Each exhibitor listing on the Mobile App comes standard with company name and booth number, at no additional charge. But you can gain additional exposure through the Enhanced Exhibitor Listing, which will allow conference attendees to send you an email, call you and/or link to your website directly from their smart-phones.

    LEAD RETRIEVAL DEVICE
    (+150 per exhibiting company*)
    CHA is pleased to offer a lead retrieval system to easily collect information from the people who visit your booth. With a quick scan of a QR code on the attendee's badge, you will instantly have the person's name and contact information for future communication.

    *Fees for the Enhanced Exhibitor Listing and Lead Retrieval Device are waived for Friends of the Assembly exhibitors. A refundable security deposit will be required for the Lead Retrieval Device.

    • Opportunity to donate one prize (minimum $50 value) for a coordinated attendee raffle.

    • One complimentary assembly registration (a $1,450 value).

    2012 exhibiting fees. . .

    The following exhibit fees include one (1) full conference registration: 

    • Member organizations — $1,000
    • Nonmember organizations — $1,550

    Exhibitor representatives may purchase additional conference registrations at the following rates:

    • Member organization representatives — $950
    • Nonmember organization representatives — $1,050

    Exhibitor representatives may purchase an Exhibiting Personnel badge for $425 person (please note the following):

    • Exhibitor representatives with Exhibiting Personnel badges are invited to attend the following food and beverage events: welcome reception on Sunday; breakfast, lunch, reception and awards banquet on Monday; breakfast on Tuesday.
    • The Exhibiting Personnel badge does not allow admittance to general sessions and Innovation Forum programming.

    An Application and Contract for Exhibit Space (.pdf) must be completed and submitted. The Exhibiting Rules and Regulations (.pdf) are considered part of the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space and should be read in its entirety.

    Select exhibit spaces are reserved for Friends of the Assembly.
